My name is Quiona “Q” Russell, Ph.D. I am blessed to be the 44th President of the Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter (IAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, where we are IAC STRONG, Intentionally Affecting Communities. As chapter president, I am particularly passionate about ensuring that our members are spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and of course, physically strong. Our individual and collective strength is essential to impacting and affecting the communities we serve with intention, strategy, partnership, and love.

Chartered in 1925 as Chi Citywide Chapter and later restructured as an alumnae chapter (1978), IAC has a rich legacy of purposeful programming, powerful partnerships, and meaningful service. We are not only founded on but always endeavor to live out Christian principles as we develop and support our members while serving and uplifting our community. Our service area includes eleven cities: Indianapolis, Kokomo, Zionsville, Avon, Brownsburg, Carmel, Greenwood, Fishers, Plainfield, Lafayette, and West Lafayette.
