YOUTH PROGRAM
​RISK MANAGEMENT
​VOLUNTEER TRAINING

​Are you interested in working with and impacting today’s youth? Do you have something valuable to contribute to the development of our future? If you answered yes to one or both of these questions then we are looking for YOU!

This year, the Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter is scheduled to host several powerful youth driven events and programs. We want and invite you to participate and volunteer with us!

​Both Soror and community volunteers are welcome and encouraged to participate!

Please note that all volunteers must meet the following requirements to participate/volunteer with IAC's youth initiatives:
  • Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older
  • Volunteers must complete the application/screening process (see buttons below)
      - The screening process is comprised of the following:
                      *Written application
                      *Background check (every 3 years)*
                      *Two personal references
                      *Two professional references
                      *Copy of driver's license
                      *In person interview
  • Volunteers must complete risk management training on an annual basis (see registration links below)
  • Volunteers must sign and abide by the youth initiative code of ethics
  • Volunteers must abide by Delta’s mandatory reporting policy

​ALERT:  To immediately begin the Risk Management screening process click on the buttons below to complete the application and background check with Delta’s approved vendor. The cost of the background check for Indiana Residents is $29.50.
If this is your first time seeking Risk Management Certification, please complete the following additional steps:
  1. Submit an application (only needed for new applicants, returning applicants will complete a returning volunteer form- Appendix A11- which will be sent to each participating Soror at the conclusion of the training) and state issued photo identifications
  2. Complete a background check. The cost is $29.50 and is incurred by the applicant not the chapter. 
  3. Schedule an interview. Interview dates and times will soon be shared with all new applicants to sign up via email using the email used to register for the training.
